RASC News Agency: Local sources from Qaysar district in Faryab province report that a Taliban member has been killed by his father. According to these sources, the Taliban member was killed as a result of a family dispute. Hatred towards Taliban members is notably high even within their own families; the Taliban’s members have spread their hostile behavior, arbitrary arguments, and conflicts within their households, often acting impulsively.
The sources revealed that the Taliban member, identified as Sayed Mohammad, was killed today Saturday, Aug 31, in the village of Bura Ghan, Qaysar district, during a domestic altercation. According to the information, Sayed Mohammad engaged in a quarrel with his brother at home, during which their father, siding with the other son, shot him with a Kalashnikov. Sources confirmed that the bullet struck Sayed Mohammad in the head.
Sayed Mohammad was reportedly employed in the fourth security district of Maimana city. As of now, the Taliban’s official authorities in Faryab have not commented on the killing of their fighter. This incident is not an isolated case; numerous Taliban members have previously been killed by their own families. The widespread resentment towards the group is evident even among their kin. The Taliban’s members often fail to treat their families well, perpetuating conflict, violence, and coercion within their households.
Members of this group are raised in violence and continue to impose this brutality within their families. Such behavior inevitably leads to disputes and instability, ultimately resulting in their demise, as families find it impossible to coexist peacefully with them. Violence, greed, and impulsive arguments are intrinsic traits that accompany the Taliban wherever they go.
