RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has announced that its forces carried out an attack on members of the Taliban in Shakardara district of Kabul province, resulting in the deaths of two Taliban members and injuring another. According to a statement released on Tuesday, August 13, via the social media platform X, the attack took place the previous night in the “Cheshmeh Sefid” area of Ghaza village in Shakardara district.

The statement from the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan identified one of the deceased Taliban members as “Qari Abdul Raqib,” but did not provide details on the identity of the second individual. The statement also named the injured Taliban member as “Mullah Ehsanullah Andar,” and claimed that none of their own forces were harmed during the operation. Taliban officials have yet to comment on the incident. This attack follows previous claims by the National Resistance Front of similar assaults on Taliban members in Kabul.

On Sunday night, the National Resistance Front also reported an attack on the Taliban in the “Hussainkot” area of Kabul, in which one Taliban member was killed and another wounded. It is worth noting that the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan and the Freedom Front are among the groups that sporadically report attacks against Taliban members in various provinces across the country.
