National Resistance Front Claims Killing of Taliban Member in Herat

RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has announced that its forces recently launched an attack on Taliban members in Herat province. According to a press release issued by the anti-Taliban front on Monday, June 10, via the social media platform X, the attack occurred last night in the Guzara district.

 

The National Resistance Front’s statement indicated that the assault resulted in the death of one Taliban member and the injury of another. Additionally, the Front reported that their forces seized a weapon from the Taliban during the operation. The statement emphasized that no harm was inflicted on their forces or civilians as a result of the attack.

 

Local Taliban officials in Herat have not yet commented on the incident. The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has previously reported carrying out attacks on Taliban members in various provinces, including Herat.
