RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan claims that its fighters attacked a Taliban base in Bangi district, killing one Taliban member and injuring the district’s governor along with two other fighters. In its latest statement released today, Friday, Apr 19, on the social media platform X, the Resistance Front announced that it launched a powerful rocket attack on the police command in Bangi district, Takhar province, at 1:10 am.
The statement reported that one Taliban terrorist was killed in the attack, while Sheikh Khodabakhsh, the district governor, and two other terrorists were injured. The statement added that continuous rocket attacks by the National Resistance Front on the district’s police command post led to an hour-long clash between the two sides. The National Resistance Front forces sustained no casualties during the operation and returned to their positions after inflicting damage on the enemy.
In recent days, Resistance Front forces have conducted five targeted operations against the Taliban in Kabul and Baghlan, resulting in the deaths and injuries of several Taliban members. The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan stated that it would continue its struggle against the Taliban until the group’s oppressive rule is eliminated from Afghanistan.
