Freedom Front: We Eliminated a Taliban Operative in Kabul

RASC News Agency: The Afghanistan Freedom Front has announced that its forces recently launched an attack on Taliban members in Kabul city. According to a newsletter released by the Freedom Front, their units resumed attacks against the Taliban around 8 p.m. on Friday, April 12th, conducting a tactical operation against the intelligence patrol of this group.

The newsletter states that this attack took place in the Arthel Bridge area of Kabul city, resulting in the killing of one Taliban member and injuring three others. This is the first attack by the forces of the Freedom Front on Taliban members after the month of Ramadan. The Front announced earlier in Ramadan that it would suspend its operations during this month.

The Freedom Front is among the factions that, following the Taliban’s takeover of the country, occasionally report military attacks against members of this group in various provinces. It is worth mentioning that alongside the Freedom Front, the National Resistance Front led by Ahmad Massoud also occasionally reports conducting attacks against Taliban positions and members, inflicting casualties on them.
