RASC News Agency: Quoting local sources, two men have been killed in separate incidents in Nangarhar and Kunduz provinces. According to sources, a young man was mysteriously killed on Wednesday night, Apr 3, in the “Barabad” area of the sixth district of Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar.

Sources said the young victim was named Rafiullah and died from a gunshot wound to the head. The motive for the killing of this young man has not yet been clarified. Furthermore, according to local sources, a resident of the village of “Robatak” in the Yaftal Payan district of Badakhshan province was killed in Kunduz province yesterday.

Sources mentioned this man by the name Habibullah and added that he had been living in the city of Kunduz for some time. While the motive for the killing of this man has not yet been revealed, sources claimed that Habibullah was killed by relatives of a woman he intended to marry.

According to the sources’ account, individuals wearing Taliban attire and armed with weapons attacked this man’s house at night and tied him up before killing him.

The Taliban have not yet commented on these killings. Recently, mysterious killings and criminal incidents have increased in various provinces of the country.

In another incident on Tuesday night, Apr 2, two individuals were also killed on charges of “theft” in Takhar and Ghazni provinces by local residents and Taliban militants.
