RASC News Agency: According to local sources, a young Afghanistani man was murdered by his friends in Alborz, Iran. Sources informed the media on Saturday, March 30th, that the friends of this young man killed him in Karaj, the center of Alborz province in Iran, using a knife.

The young man who was murdered was named Mohammad Sadeq Mohammadi and hailed from the “Kaloutah Tajik ha” village in the second district of Kapisa mountainous region. Mohammad Sadeq had recently traveled to Iran en route to Morocco. According to sources, several of Mohammad Sadeq’s friends had lured him to their room under the guise of a party, where they subsequently murdered him, accusing him of stealing two thousand US dollars and an iPhone.

Sources further disclosed that Iranian police have currently detained two of this young man’s friends for their involvement in his murder. Mohammad Sadeq was pursuing journalism studies at Alborz University. His body is scheduled to be repatriated to his country on Tuesday of the current week.

Similar incidents have previously transpired in various provinces of Iran due to personal animosities and other underlying issues. In one instance, on October 1st last year, an Afghanistani migrant in southern Iran deliberately set nine of his friends on fire.
