RASC News Agency: Quoting local sources from Kapisa province, Taliban members in the region have recently detained a young man. Sources informed the media on Thursday, Mar 28th, that Taliban militants shot Mohammad Sadiq, a resident of the “Tajiks of Kalotah” village in the Hesa-e Duwum district, the previous day.

According to sources, Mohammad Sadiq was targeted by the Taliban due to his adherence to Salafi beliefs. Since assuming control of the country, the Taliban have repeatedly detained, imprisoned, tortured, and in some cases, even killed civilians on various charges across multiple provinces. In certain provinces, particularly in the north, the Taliban have detained, tortured, and executed individuals accused of affiliating with opposition groups, including the National Resistance Front.

Under the leadership of Ahmad Massoud, the National Resistance Front announced its presence following the Taliban’s seizure of power, and it has sporadically reported conducting attacks against the Taliban, resulting in casualties.
