RASC News Agency: Recently, the National Resistance Front has claimed to have targeted and eliminated four Taliban fighters in Takhar province, while also inflicting injuries on others. According to a communique issued today, Sunday, Mar 24, by the Front’s spokesperson, the Front’s forces targeted a Taliban base in the “Nahr-e-Chaman” area of the fifth security district of Taluqan city, Takhar province, late last night at 12:00 a.m. Consequently, one Taliban fighter was killed, and three others were wounded.

The statement further asserts that the engagement between the National Resistance Front and the Taliban group continued for half an hour, during which the Front’s forces sustained no casualties and successfully withdrew from the scene. The National Resistance Front emphasizes in its statement that its targeted operations against the Taliban group persist across all provinces of the country.

It is noteworthy that last night, the Front also launched an assault on a Taliban compound in the newly developed project area of the eleventh security district of Kabul city, resulting in the death of one Taliban fighter and injuries to two others.
