RASC News Agency: Local sources from Badghis province have reported that a pregnant woman was recently killed in mysterious circumstances in the “Daray Boom” district of Badghis province. Medical sources from Badghis province in the western part of the country have informed the media that the body of this woman was transferred to the provincial hospital on March 11th.

The Taliban police command in Badghis province has confirmed the killing of this woman but claims ignorance about the motive and perpetrator of the murder. Meanwhile, officials from the provincial hospital in Badghis have mentioned severe injuries on the body of the deceased woman; signs of torture are present on her head and neck.

It is worth noting that the identity of this woman is still unclear, and the Taliban leadership refrains from providing further details to the media.

This statement comes as the Taliban group has claimed to have ensured nationwide security and considers achieving security as one of their greatest accomplishments in most of their engagements with countries in the international community.
