RASC News Agency: According to local sources from Takhar Province, a gas poisoning incident has resulted in the deaths of a man and his two young sons on the outskirts of the province. Sources informed the media on Wednesday, Feb 28, that the incident occurred on Monday night, during the current week, in the town of Taluqan, the capital of Takhar.

The victims were reportedly staying in a guard post. The Taliban group in Takhar Province has not commented on the incident. This comes as similar incidents have previously occurred in various provinces of the country coinciding with the onset of the winter season, resulting in the deaths of several individuals.

In a recent case, gas poisoning claimed the lives of two young men in the center of Ghazni Province. According to sources, these two young men, named Sayed Ishaq and Mohammad Jan, were laborers at a bakery factory. It is worth noting that due to lack of public awareness and economic difficulties, people still use gas heaters, which often lead to fatalities due to negligence.
