RASC News Agency: In the ongoing series of traffic incidents across different provinces of the country, a recent traffic accident occurred on the Balkh-Samangan highway. Sayed Osman Hamidi, the director of Samangan Provincial Hospital, informed the media that the accident occurred on Tuesday evening in the Zughalsang Market area.

According to Mr. Hamidi’s statement, seven individuals lost their lives, and two others sustained severe injuries in the incident. Mr. Hamidi further mentioned that the collision involved a Saracha-type motorcycle and a Passo-type vehicle, resulting in the fatalities of five men and two women.

This incident coincides with a recent surge in traffic accidents across various provinces of the country. It is noteworthy that factors such as road deterioration, reckless driving, speeding, and inadequate traffic signage on certain roads contribute significantly to the occurrence of traffic accidents.
