RASC News Agency: Mirwais Afghan, an Afghanistani journalist, has exposed disturbing revelations about the Taliban’s security forces. He asserts having evidence that unveils the sexual assault of girls arrested in Kabul for not wearing veils. In a message shared on the X social media platform, Mirwais Afghan condemned these actions, emphasizing their contradiction with Islamic principles, humanity, and Afghanistan values.

On January 21st, Mirwais Afghan provided further details on his claims. Citing sources, he alleged that the Taliban specifically targets attractive girls, subjecting them to sexual assault under the pretext of hijab non-compliance. Resistance often leads to physical abuse. Additionally, evidence suggests that many of these girls are compelled to undress in front of a group of Taliban members.

Mirwais Afghan highlighted two pieces of evidence pointing to a woman’s involvement in the Taliban’s intelligence department. This woman, concealing her face, is believed to be an intelligence department employee. He disclosed that the Taliban records explicit videos of these girls using personal phones, showcasing the extreme violence inflicted upon them.

Despite sharing evidence with entities like the British Parliament, the United Nations, the U.S. government, and human rights activists, Mirwais Afghan expressed distress over the emotional impact of these revelations. This unfolds as numerous girls face arrests and torture by the Taliban, particularly in Kabul, for the simple act of not wearing a veil.
