RASC News Agency: Local sources in Nimroz province reported an explosion and armed conflict in the vicinity of the province on Sunday, January 14th. The explosion occurred inside the office of the Taliban group’s governor in Nimroz around 12:58 p.m., followed by an armed conflict.

However, no further details are available regarding the nature of the explosion and the ensuing armed conflict in the governor’s office. Local officials of the Taliban group in Nimroz province have not issued any statements regarding this incident. It is noteworthy that there has been a significant increase in attacks by opposing factions within the Taliban group against their positions and members in various provinces of the country.

In a separate incident, the Freedom Front of Afghanistan announced an attack on the governor’s office of the Taliban group in Panjshir province. This attack resulted in the death of two members of the group and injuries to another. This incident contributes to the growing number of attacks against the Taliban group in diverse provinces. The opposition front emphasizes its determination to persistently launch attacks until the overthrow of the Taliban’s regime and the liberation of the country.

Despite the escalating conflicts, local officials of the Taliban group in Nimroz province have remained silent about the explosion and armed conflict in their governor’s office. The absence of information and official statements raises numerous unanswered questions about the nature and motives behind these incidents.
