RASC News Agency: Rahmatullah Nabil, the former head of Afghanistan’s National Security, responding to the detention, abduction, and kidnapping of girls by the Taliban in various parts of Kabul, asserts that the silence of certain politicians, national leaders, and religious scholars on this matter not only indicates complicity in this historic crime but also amounts to a betrayal of the homeland and the people of Afghanistan.

Mr. Nabil addressed this issue on Sunday,January 7, through a message on the social media platform “X.” He added that the silence in the face of the Taliban’s actions contradicts all ethical, human, Islamic, and Afghanistan honor standards. Criticizing this silence, he stated, “Where has that Afghanistani dignity gone, which we instilled in the ears of our children from cradle to grave?” This reaction comes at a time when, in recent days, dozens of women and girls from various parts of Kabul have been detained by the Taliban under the pretext of “Bad Hijab,” and this group has taken them away.

Moreover, in the latest development, the Taliban group gathered and took away dozens of girls from the Kabul city Khair Khana, from the Parwan Hotel route to Golayi Park. It is noteworthy that since their takeover, this group has been suppressing women and girls in the country. According to reports, the Taliban group has deprived women and girls of their fundamental rights, and under their rule, Afghan girls and women must conform their education, freedom of movement, and even the nature of their attire to the desires of this group.
