RASC News Agency: In recent times, a series of mysterious and targeted murders have unfolded across diverse provinces of the nation. In a recent development, sources from Bamyan province have confirmed the occurrence of a gruesome killing perpetrated by an unidentified group of armed men. The incident unfolded in the heart of Bamyan Province, specifically in Gholghola Market, claiming the life of Ghulam Ali, a 50-year-old antique dealer.
The lifeless body of Ghulam Ali was discovered on Thursday, December 28th, within the aforementioned market, indicating that he fell victim to a brutal act of violence. Abdul Saboor Farzan Saighani, the spokesperson for the Taliban governor in Bamyan province, verified the news of this murder, revealing that the victim bore severe injuries, possibly inflicted by a cold weapon or a sharp tool like an axe. The persistence of such crimes underscores the gravity of the situation, prompting heightened concerns about the safety and security of the citizens.
The Taliban group’s representative stated that they have detained a student of the antique dealer under the accusation of involvement in his killing. The arrested individual, Ghulam Ali, hails from Surkh Parsa district in Parwan province and operates an antique store in the market of Bamyan province. However, it is crucial to note that the exact motive behind this man’s murder remains undetermined.
The escalating trend of targeted and enigmatic killings across various provinces of the country is disconcerting.
