RASC News Agency: Amidst the relentless series of targeted assassinations orchestrated by the Taliban, Mohammad Mahdiyar, a former member of the Afghanistan army, has divulged a harrowing account of the Taliban ruthlessly claiming the lives of his son and two companions in the western precincts of Kabul. Mr. Mahdiyar apprised the media that this incident transpired on Wednesday, December 20th, at the Onchi outpost in western Kabul. According to the details proffered by Mr. Mahdiyar, two of these youthful individuals, among them his son, met their demise, and one suffered injuries.

Mr. Mahdiyar asserted that the Taliban authorities in the thirteenth district of western Kabul initially maintained an ominous silence regarding the fate of these individuals. However, subsequent to a few days, they corroborated the fatalities, affirming that the bodies were subjected to forensic examination. Presently domiciled abroad, Mr. Mahdiyar appended that the Taliban purported the shooting of his son and companions resulted from an alleged affront to the mujahideen. Underscoring the innocence of his son, Mr. Mahdiyar proclaimed that his progeny was unjustly slain without commission of any crime or infraction, imploring scrutiny from the global community and human rights organizations.

This unfolds against a backdrop where, during their two-year dominion in Afghanistan, the Taliban have persistently transgressed their avowals of amnesty, deviating from those solemn pledges to engage in the detention, torture, imprisonment, and, in myriad instances, the reprehensible act of murder against former military personnel and their kin.
