RASC News Agency: The Afghanistan Freedom Front recently reported the successful elimination of two members of the Taliban group in Kandahar province. In a newsletter released by the front, it was disclosed that the front’s forces launched a covert operation on a Taliban military base in the Panjwai valley, located above the seventh security area of Kandahar city, at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17.
According to the newsletter, the attack resulted in the deaths of two Taliban members. However, local sources in Kandahar city claim to have no knowledge of the incident, and the Taliban group has yet to comment on the matter.
In recent times, the Afghanistan Freedom Front, along with other anti-Taliban factions, has periodically reported on their successful attacks against the Taliban group in various provinces across the country.
It is worth noting that the Front emerged shortly after the Taliban assumed control of the nation, with a significant number of military personnel from the previous government joining its ranks.
Furthermore, to date, this front has documented attacks against Taliban forces, resulting in casualties in provinces such as Parwan, Kabul, Takhar, and several others.
Additionally, the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan, led by Ahmad Massoud, has also announced covert operations against the Taliban forces in different provinces of the country.
Furthermore, it is important to highlight that members of the Taliban group have engaged in the arrest, torture, and even killing of Panjshir province residents on numerous occasions, accusing them of affiliations with the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan.
