Recently, a health center was built by an international institution called (Islamic Relief) at the cost of three million Kabuli/Afghani rupees in Chamtal district of Balkh province.
Dr. Najibullah Tawana, head of public health of the Taliban group for Balkh province, says that the building of this health center equipped with health equipment has been opened in Chaharbulak district of this province.

Meanwhile, a number of residents of this district have complained about the lack of easy access to health services and say that they are struggling with many problems.
They emphasized that we bring their patients to another health center with many difficulties and long distances, which is difficult for us.
Although these residents welcome the opening of this health center, they have said that health services, which are one of the basic rights of humans, should be provided to people in a better way.
Based on the rules and principles of the World Health Organization; Countries have a responsibility to provide health services to their people in a way that people can easily access.
Nevertheless, in different parts of Afghanistan, health services are not available to people in a standard and easy way, and people spend their lives with many health problems.
