RASC: Sources in Balkh Province confirm that three of the military officials of the former government commanding the 209 Shaheen Army Corps based in Balkh Province have been removed from their duties.

According to the sources, the reason for the removal of these people is the transfer of people affiliated with the Taliban group in this command, he added that the Taliban group, with a mono-ethnic behavior, is trying to put a label on the soldiers of the previous government, especially the Tajiks, and exclude them from duty to dismiss.

Amanullah, one of those who was recently dismissed, expressed the motivation of his dismissal as follows: “I was always committed to my duties and I am also a professional. They accused me of having several guns in my house without any reason or necessary documents. You made it a secret that is why they imprisoned me for four days and nights and tortured me.

According to him, no one has the right to dismiss a government official without proof of a crime and after the implementation of the law. If he has committed any act, there are other rules for punishment, such as a demotion, forced conversion, imprisonment. Short term and employment in other duties.

However, it has been said that the Taliban group dismisses a military officer from duty without considering the military principles and rules.

It should be mentioned that there have been many reports of similar actions of the Taliban group in different provinces of the country. Not long ago, the Pashtun Taliban group had verbal arguments with the Tajik Taliban in Bamyan province.
