RASC: With two years of girls’ deprivation from education, an organization called “Girls on the Path of Change” has launched educational workshops and exhibitions about the importance and place of education for some girls deprived of education in Kabul and other provinces.

On Tuesday, June 27, Rubina Azizi, the head of this institution, said that in this program, an exhibition of books, paintings and handicrafts of girls deprived of school was held in the provinces of Kabul, Balkh, Ghazni and Baghlan.

She said that the purpose of holding this program is to make girls interested in work and struggle, and she wants to convey to the world that Afghanistani girls and women have not given up despite all the restrictions and are fighting. Actions can partially reduce the psychological pressure on these victims.

The official of this institution said that in the near future, an educational workshop on the importance of studying and handicraft exhibitions for girls deprived of education will be launched in Ghor, Logar and Kandahar provinces.

It should be mentioned that after the Taliban group regained control of Afghanistan, millions of girls were deprived of going to school and universities and are currently living in complete destitution.

Meanwhile, Afghanistani women and girls raised their voices by launching some protests on this issue and imposing repressive restrictions by the Taliban group and said that these restrictions will not prevent their struggle to get their rights.
