RASC: The National Resistance Front led by Ahmad Massoud, in response to the publication of the 14th report of the United Nations Security Council regarding the cooperation of the Taliban with terrorist groups in Afghanistan, says that this report confirms the two-year claim of this military trend.

Ali Maisam Nazari, the head of foreign relations of the National Resistance Front, wrote in a tweet on Friday night, June 9, that in the past two years, this front has fought with other international terrorist groups, including ISIS, in addition to the Taliban.

He adds: “The 14th report of the United Nations Security Council Sanctions Monitoring Team confirms our claims. This report confirms our claim and determination against terrorism.”

The head of foreign relations of the resistance front once again asked the international community to recognize the armed struggle of this front in order to support their resistance against the Taliban group in Afghanistan.

In the 14th report of the Security Council, it is mentioned that the Taliban use other terrorist groups in their operations against the Resistance Front and ISIS in Afghanistan.

The National Resistance Front claims that the Taliban have received help from Al-Qaeda and Jamaat Ansarullah of Tajikistan in their operations in October 2022 against the forces of this front in Badakhshan province.

These statements are made while some countries and international organizations have expressed concern about the increase in the activities of terrorist groups in Afghanistan under the control of the Taliban.
