RASC: United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) offices announced the start of the second round of the Covid-19 vaccine campaign in Afghanistan.

This organization published a statement saying that the second round of the campaign launched on Wednesday, May 31, with the support of the International Vaccine Alliance (GAVI) in 17 provinces of Afghanistan.

UNICEF adds that this round of vaccination will continue until June 8 of this year. According to UNICEF, it is planned that 2.3 million men and women will receive the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine in Afghanistan at this stage.

This organization asked the citizens of Afghanistan to cooperate in getting the corona vaccine.

It should be noted that the first round of the Covid-19 vaccine campaign was launched in February of this year, in which 2.3 million people in the country were vaccinated.
