In the statement, Ali Mehtam Nazari, head of foreign relations for the NRF, described Pakistan as the “heir to the great empires of the subcontinent” and underscored the critical importance of bilateral collaboration to secure a stable and prosperous future. Nazari emphasized that genuine regional friendship must be built on mutual respect, shared interests, and common civilizational values, noting that the security and development of one country directly influence the other. Any crisis or threat in one nation, he warned, inevitably reverberates across the border.
