The Taliban authorities in Badghis have yet to comment on the matter. This incident occurs amidst a notable increase in criminal activities across various provinces in the country.
Recently, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres highlighted a significant rise in insecurity in Afghanistan under Taliban rule. These developments stand in stark contrast to the Taliban’s claims of having established comprehensive security nationwide, as the reality reflects a worsening situation concerning public safety and security.
