RASC News Agency: Local sources from Faryab informed RASC News that two individuals, including a child and a teenage girl, have been mercilessly and mysteriously murdered in separate incidents in this province by unknown assailants. Sources revealed that the condition of the bodies indicates they were killed in an especially brutal manner.

The sources added that unidentified individuals stabbed a 7-year-old child to death on Thursday July 26, in the village of Faizabad, Shirin Tagab district, Faryab province. In an unrelated incident in Faryab, a 16-year-old girl named Hadia, who resided in the village of Shor Bazaar, Shirin Tagab district, was sexually assaulted and subsequently murdered two nights ago, Thursday July 26, by unknown armed men. While the perpetrators of the murder and sexual assault of the 16-year-old girl remain unidentified, two individuals have been arrested by the Taliban in connection with the killing of the 7-year-old child.

Taliban local authorities in Faryab have yet to comment on these incidents. Previously, a person was mysteriously killed in Nangarhar, and a woman was also mysteriously murdered in Kandahar. This comes as reports emerged this morning of the stoning to death of a woman in Kandahar province.

It is worth noting that since the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan, security issues have escalated, with a rise in assaults, mysterious killings, and suicides. In many of these assaults and killings, the Taliban’s involvement is evident. Numerous instances have surfaced showing Taliban soldiers assaulting women.
