RASC News Agency: Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Taliban, declared in his latest remarks in an audio recording that they would stone women henceforth. This audio recording, attributed to the Taliban leader, was disseminated by Afghanistan’s national television under the supervision of the group on Sunday, Mar 24.

Addressing foreign nations, Mullah Hibatullah stated, “Tomorrow, we will publicly stone and whip women, actions that contradict your democratic principles.” In this audio recording, the Taliban leader asserts to represent God and adds, “I make this claim on behalf of God.” He voiced his opposition to democracy, affirming, “It is the responsibility of scholars to combat democracy and implement Sharia laws in Afghanistan.”

Furthermore, the Taliban leader remarked, “Our mission is not complete with the capture of Kabul and establishment of provincial governance.” Expanding his scope of authority beyond Afghanistan’s borders, Hibatullah proclaimed, “We have waged a 20-year battle with the ‘West,’ and we will continue for another 20 years to establish Sharia worldwide.”

Hibatullah made these declarations amidst ongoing foreign aid deliveries in dollars to the Taliban each week. The Taliban await international recognition of their regime and repeatedly demand global acceptance as a legitimate government.
