RASC News Agency: Local sources from Herat province report that a fire incident in the province has resulted in the death of one person named Habibullah Faizi and left two injured. Sources informed the media that the fire broke out on Thursday evening, Mar 14, in the “Char Suq” area of Herat city at an oil-selling shop.

According to sources, Taliban firefighting forces arrived unexpectedly at the scene, exacerbating the extent of the fire and casualties. The Taliban group in Herat province has not yet commented on the matter, while similar incidents have occurred in several other provinces previously.

In one instance, in mid-February, a fire incident in the Chapa Daryai area of Qarghayee district in Laghman province resulted in the death of an infant.
