RASC News Agency: The Ministry of Migrants and Repatriates within the Taliban group has recently declared that, as part of the ongoing compelled expulsion of Afghanistani migrants from neighboring nations, 1,303 individuals have been expelled from Iran and repatriated to Afghanistan. On Sunday, December 3rd, the ministry of migrants and Repatriates of the Taliban group, through a social media post on X, asserted that these migrants were ousted from Iran and reentered the country via the Islam Qala border crossing. As per the ministry of the Taliban group, the expelled individuals comprise both families and single individuals who have been directed to seek assistance, encompassing both food and non-food aid, from the International Organization for Migration office.

It is noteworthy that the recent escalation in the forced expulsion of Afghanistani migrants from neighboring countries, notably Pakistan and Iran, has resulted in a substantial daily surge of thousands of expelled migrants returning to the nation. Furthermore, an Iranian official had previously articulated that Afghanistani migrants lack the right to reside in 16 provinces of the country. Simultaneously, beyond Iran, the forced expulsions of Afghanistani migrants from Pakistan have also experienced a recent upswing.

Moreover, based on available information, the expelled Afghanistani migrants encounter myriad challenges within Afghanistan, especially under the dominion of the Taliban group. It is crucial to highlight that authorities in both Iran and Pakistan have underscored their steadfast commitment to executing the expulsion plan, citing diverse reasons, including economic and security concerns.
