RASC News Agency: According to sources, the Taliban group, has dismissed professional employees in the Ministry of Education in Bamyan province and replaced them with their own individuals.

Sources revealed to the media on Thursday, October 26th, that the dismissed positions, which have been occupied by members of the Taliban in the past week, include management positions in procurement and logistics, general management of human resources, and financial and administrative authority in the Ministry of Education.

Based on the information provided by sources, individuals who had previously secured these positions through open competition have been removed by the Taliban group and replaced with individuals of lower rank. According to sources, the individuals nominated by the Taliban for these key positions in the ministry lack relevant professional expertise and are incapable of managing these key roles.

Mawlawi Rahmatullah Qandili, the leader of the Taliban group in the Ministry of Education in Bamyan province, introduced these individuals and it has been approximately a month since Rahmatullah Qandili himself was appointed as the head of education within the Taliban group in Bamyan.

According to the available information, this is not the first time that the Taliban has dismissed professional individuals and replaced them with non-qualified personnel. Previously, Mawlawi Islamuddin Osmani, the former head of education within the Taliban in Bamyan, appointed dozens of his relatives, friends, and fellow villagers to key positions in this department as designated employees.

Reports indicate that since their control over the country, the Taliban has frequently dismissed individuals who were previously employed in governmental positions in various provinces under various pretexts and replaced them with their own individuals who lack the necessary qualifications for the relevant sectors.
