RASC News Agency: Nangarhar provincial sources have reported that the IOM has constructed a high school for girls for the students in Behsud district of this province

Nangarhar Province, Behsud district, sources in the media said that the work on this school was finished on October 4, 2023, in the district of Behsud.

According to the official of the school, the name of the school is Queen Humaira high school. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) paid USD 145,000 for the construction of the school, which was completed in 8 months.

The sources added that this school has eight classrooms and four administrative rooms.

In addition, the students of this school expressed their happiness with the construction of their school building and asked the Taliban group to allow girls above the sixth grade to go to school.

It should be noted that before this, the International Organization for Migration had built another school building for the students of this province.

On the other hand, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) reports on the construction of such schools in the eastern province of Ghazni that girls above the sixth grade have been denied the right to study and the Taliban has closed universities to them.

It should also be noted that the Taliban group blocked the doors of educational institutions in various districts of the country for girls and warned the educational institutes that girls cannot go to school.
