RASC News Agency: A reliable source in Nawur district of Ghazni province says that the Taliban group has beaten and tortured several people to hand over weapons to this group or pay the price.
According to the source, last week (Wednesday, September 18), a group of armed individuals of the Taliban group, led by Faizan Logari, the security commander of this group in Nawur district, checked the school and clinic of this district at night and then went to the villages of “Qafzar Barjegi”, “Safidab” and “Kashkak Toghan” have invaded.
The source added that members of the Taliban group killed some of the residents of these villages, including Yunus Mehri, a doctor; Mohammad Hussain Rahimi, director of the religious school; Faiz Mohammad Ahmadi, religious scholar; Fayazi, Mullah of the mosque; Abdul Jalil Hakimi, a shopkeeper, and Kazem Jdawai, a farmer, were beaten and tortured.
According to the source, the Taliban group beat and tortured these people in a “heinous” way.
The source further clarified that the members of the Taliban group tied and dragged some people to the car.
The source said that Taliban fighters forced people to hand over weapons or pay for them.
This source says that some residents of Nawur district are in terror and are fleeing in the mountains out of fear of the Taliban group.
This source adds that the children of “Qafzar” and “Gaw Murda Shania” villages have left school because of the fear of the Taliban group.
Previously, similar cases were reported in a number of provinces where the Taliban group detained and tortured citizens for weapons.
