RASC News Agency: According to local sources from Ghazni province, a boy was shot dead by members of the Taliban group in the center of this province.
Sources told the media on Sunday, September 17, that the incident happened yesterday late night in Ghaib Qalandar area of the fifth security area of Ghazni city.
According to the sources, the Taliban group shot at this 23-year-old boy when he tried to cross the road using a motorcycle without paying attention to the checkpoint.
The Taliban group has not yet commented on this incident.
It should be noted that opening fire on citizens by Taliban fighters is not a new issue in the country.
In the past year, at least three people have been killed in similar incidents by the Taliban group in Ghazni province.
According to the information, during this period, a young man in Bandsultan area, a hawker in Bezazi area and an employee of the Department of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of the Taliban group in Ghazni were killed as a result of direct fire by the fighters of this group in this province.
It is worth noting that not long ago; the Office of the United Nations Deputy Mission in Afghanistan, UNAMA, said in a report that since the Taliban took control of the country, 1,095 civilians were killed and 2,679 people were injured in the attacks that took place in the country.
According to UNAMA, more than 700 of them died due to explosions caused by homemade bombs and suicide attacks in densely populated areas such as mosques, educational centers and markets.
Although with the fall of the Afghanistan army and the rise of the Taliban group, armed battles have greatly decreased, but this country is still facing security problems.
