RASC News Agency: The interim prime minister of the government of Pakistan has announced that the illegal entry of Afghanistanis into Pakistan has led to the strengthening of terrorist groups in this country.
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar made these statements in response to a question about the participation of Afghanistani immigrants in cross-border smuggling and said that an effective policy has been agreed upon in this field.
Mr. Kakar said that the mild treatment of Afghanistanis who live in this country and do not have residency documents has led to various social harms in this country.
Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has stated that no Afghanistani can live in Pakistan without a visa.
Dividing Afghanistanis into government-registered people, people without residence documents and people with fake identities, he said that Afghanistanis who do not have visas will be returned to their country.
The interim prime minister of Pakistan makes this statement while Islamabad has intensified the strictures on Afghanistani immigrants in that country.
Although the migration of Afghanistanis to Pakistan is not a new issue, in the past two years and after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, a large number of Afghanistani citizens have migrated to Pakistan, mostly out of fear of retaliation by the Taliban group and hoping to reach a safe country.
Most of these people are those who hope to be transferred to one of these countries due to their history of cooperation with Western organizations, but their transfer process is still uncertain and they remain undecided.
Of course, the problem of Afghanistani immigrants in Pakistan is not only bad police behavior and arbitrary arrests; Those who entered Pakistan with an official visa and now their visas have expired are now facing serious problems to renew their visas.
These immigrants say that despite paying huge amounts of money to brokers, they could not renew their visas and have to leave Pakistan.
