RASC News Agency: Local sources in Kabul province confirm that three employees of the electronic ID distribution department of the Department of Statistics and Information have been arrested by the Taliban group in this province.
Sources told the media today on September 5 that the Taliban group arrested these people on September 27 to 30 this year from their workplaces in Karta Parwan of Kabul city and transferred them to an unknown place.
According to the sources, the names of these people are Abdulrab Sultani, Abdulrahman Sultani and Naqibullah Walizadeh, and they added that they are among the main residents of Panjshir province.
The exact reason for the arrest of these people by the Taliban group has not been clarified, but according to the claim of the Taliban group sources, they have arrested these people because of “being Panjshiri”.
The Taliban group has not commented on this yet.
It should be noted that the Taliban group has increased the process of arresting civilians in Kabul and the northern and capital provinces.
According to the claims of the sources, the Taliban group arrests these people under “various pretexts” and then releases them again against payment.
Meanwhile, the Taliban group has been detaining and torturing the residents of Panjshir since they took over the country under various pretexts, including being part of the Afghanistan National Resistance Front.
The resistance front led by Ahmad Massoud is one of the opposition fronts of the Taliban group, which from time to time conducts military attacks against this group in different parts of the country.
