RASC News Agency: A number of displaced persons from Balkh province in the north of the country have expressed their concern about the lack of basic life facilities, especially the lack of shelter (houses), and have demanded that relief organizations take care of this issue.
Over the past 25 years, as a result of civil wars and unrest, a large number of people have been displaced from different parts of the northern provinces of Afghanistan and settled in different areas of Balkh province.
Previously, national and international relief organizations covered them with their support programs, but with the Taliban group coming to power, the living conditions of these families have worsened.
Displaced people in Balkh province say that in the last two years when the Taliban took over the country, the amount of humanitarian aid has also decreased and they are facing many problems.
Lack of shelter (house), lack of drinking water, lack of health facilities, lack of employment, lack of provision of health services and the reduction of humanitarian aid are the main problems of these displaced people.
Those who spend their lives under tents in different parts of Balkh province with many difficulties, demanded to be dealt with by relief organizations.
