RASC News Agency: Local sources in Daikundi province confirm that the Taliban group insults, humiliates and even abuses Hazara employees in the government offices of this province.

Sources have said that this behavior of the Taliban group is more evident in the Department of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock of this province, and the head of this department uses the terms “dog, evil and sheep” in his words against the employees of the Daikundi Department of Agriculture.

Meanwhile, a source with anonymity said that Alidad Mirzaei, one of the employees of Daikundi Agriculture Department, also resigned from his job after insulting and humiliating the head of the Taliban group.


He says that all employees are fed up with the misbehavior of the head of agriculture.

According to the sources, following this behavior of the Taliban group, Shir Ahmad Rafi, the head of agriculture, irrigation and livestock management of the Taliban group in this province, Aziz Sharifi, one of the directors of this department, has been dismissed and severely beaten. According to the sources, Sharifi is the general director of animal health of the Department of Agriculture in Daikundi, who was beaten by the head of agriculture of the Taliban group and his bodyguard with “shells, stones and candags” last Saturday, August 12.

 Sharifi himself confirmed on his Facebook page that he was beaten to the point of “death” by the head of agriculture, Daikundi.

According to the source, the head of agriculture of the Taliban group has threatened all the employees of this department that if the issue of Sharifi’s torture is leaked, they all will be dismissed from their jobs.

Meanwhile, reports of this group’s misbehavior with Hazara employees from Bamyan province have also been published.
