RASC: Referring to the sanction of three officials of the Taliban group by the European Union, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said that the Taliban group is responsible for the most terrible human rights crimes in Afghanistan.

She added that the ministers and judges of the Taliban group have committed the most terrible crimes against human rights in Afghanistan under their control.

Considering the current situation of Afghanistani women, she said that women in this country are not allowed to go to school, outside and universities and are locked up at home.

Meanwhile, in response to the European Union sanctions, the Taliban group said that these measures had no effect and were useless.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson of the Taliban group, in response to the European Union’s sanctions against their three officials, called such sanctions useless.

Meanwhile, Acting Minister of Interior Sirajuddin Haqqani recently said that they do not need to be “recognized” by the world.

However, since the Taliban took control of the country, Afghanistani girls and women have been deprived of their most basic rights.

It should be mentioned that the officials of the Taliban group, in response to the requests about women’s education and work, said that these issues are internal and social issues of Afghanistan and that Kabul does not accept the intervention of other countries in this regard.

At the same time, violation of human rights, exclusion of women and girls from public life, spread of discrimination, and prevention of access to women’s education and prohibition of access to a defense lawyer and equal rights of girls and women are among the reasons of the European Union for sanctioning these three officials of the Taliban group.
