RASC: Kyrgyzstan’s National Security Adviser says ISIS has gathered 7,000 fighters in northern Afghanistan to start spring attacks.

Marat Imankulov, the national security advisor of Kyrgyzstan, says that this group is preparing an offensive attack-to-attack Iran, China, Russia and Central Asian countries.

This Kyrgyz government official also says that Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban group has become the center of global terrorism.

He says that currently in Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban group, terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, and the Islamic Movement of East Turkestan are a threat to the countries of the region.

A security official of the neighboring country of Afghanistan makes these statements, while China, Iran and Pakistan have previously expressed concern about the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan under the rule of the Taliban group, and the United States has said that Afghanistan has become the main training ground for terrorist groups.
