RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has squarely blamed the Taliban for the attack on Kaj Educational Center in Kabul. In a statement issued on the second anniversary of the devastating attack, the Resistance Front extended condolences to the victims’ families, declaring that the Taliban, as the primary enabler and protector of all terrorist groups operating within Afghanistan, is fully responsible for these heinous crimes against the Afghanistani people.
The Resistance Front emphasized that this horrific act is an unmistakable example of genocide and a crime against humanity, reaffirming its steadfast commitment to stand with the people of Afghanistan in the face of such atrocities. On the morning of September 30, 2022, suicide bombers attacked the Kaj Educational Center in western Kabul, claiming the lives of 43 young students both male and female and injuring more than 110 others.
Although no group has formally claimed responsibility for the deadly assault, the Taliban attributed the attack to ISIS-Khorasan. However, the National Resistance Front has rejected this claim, holding the Taliban accountable for the bloodshed. Over the course of the previous Afghanistan government’s 20-year rule, numerous schools, mosques, and universities came under attack, with some incidents claimed by the Taliban and others by ISIS-Khorasan. The Afghanistani populace has often placed responsibility on the Taliban, as they were locked in direct conflict with both the former government and the people of Afghanistan.
Since seizing power in Afghanistan, the Taliban have continued their reign of terror, arresting, torturing, and executing many under various pretexts. Their brutal tactics persist, casting a long shadow of fear and oppression over the nation.
