Body of a Child Found in Maidan Wardak

RASC News Agency: Authorities from the Taliban’s security command in Maidan Wardak province have reported the discovery of the body of a two-year-old child. According to a statement released by the Taliban’s security command on Tuesday, June 11, the child’s body was found the previous night.

 

The statement noted that the body was discovered in the “Lataband” area of the Hesa Awal Behsud district of Maidan Wardak province. The child had been missing since Sunday, and after extensive search efforts, the body was finally located.

 

Since the Taliban’s takeover of the country, there has been a noticeable rise in criminal activities, particularly targeted and mysterious killings, kidnappings, and armed robberies in various provinces.

 

These growing insecurities persist despite the Taliban’s claims of having established nationwide security, asserting that the lives and properties of the people
