RASC News Agency: The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan has announced that an attack by its forces on the Taliban in Herat resulted in the deaths of three Taliban members and injuries to two others. According to a statement released by the National Resistance Front, the attack took place on the night of Saturday, May 25th, near the mausoleum of Mawlana Abdul Rahman Jami, located in Herat’s ninth security district.

The statement added that no National Resistance Front forces were harmed in the attack. The Taliban in Herat have not yet commented on the incident. It is worth noting that the National Resistance Front has previously reported attacks resulting in the killing and injuring of Taliban members in various provinces, including Herat.

In a related incident last Thursday, National Resistance Front forces attacked Taliban members in Herat’s fifteenth district, killing two Taliban members.
