RASC News Agency: Members of the Taliban group recently shot dead two individuals accused of “kidnapping” in Kabul city. According to a statement released by Khalid Zadran, the spokesperson for the Taliban’s security command, on Monday, Mar 25, two “kidnappers” were killed last night during clashes with the group’s forces.

The Taliban’s security spokesperson in Kabul claimed that these individuals had opened fire on the Taliban forces’ patrol. However, the group did not provide details about the identity of the deceased individuals.

Several human rights organizations have consistently accused the Taliban group of assassinating both their military and civilian adversaries, branding them as “thieves and kidnappers.” Recently, the group also executed two “footballers” in the city of Charikar on charges of kidnapping.

In another incident, local Taliban officials in Balkh province claimed that two men, allegedly attempting to set fire to a market in the Zari district, were apprehended by the forces of this group during a clash.
