RASC News Agency: Local sources from Ghor province have reported that an unidentified gunman fatally shot a man. The incident took place on Monday morning, Mar 25, in the “Pozhaleech” area of Firuzkoh city, the center of Ghor province.

According to a source speaking to the media, the victim was identified as Jan Mohammad, and the unidentified gunmen fled the scene after the shooting. Local Taliban officials have yet to comment on this matter.

However, the motive behind Jan Mohammad’s killing remains unclear. This surge in mysterious killings comes as Ghor province has witnessed an unprecedented rise in recent days.

Previously, two individuals were allegedly killed in Pasaband district, reportedly by blunt force and knives.
