The “Rawadari” report further reveals that from January 2023 to December 2023, 365 individuals were deliberately, mysteriously, and extrajudicially killed, while 63 others were injured in six suicide and explosive attacks in Kabul, Badakhshan, and Baghlan provinces. The findings of the Rawadari report indicate that from January 2023 to December 2023, 365 individuals were deliberately, mysteriously, and extrajudicially killed by the Taliban and unidentified individuals, with 63 others sustaining injuries.

The organization further added that there are numerous cases of the detention and imprisonment of families of victims or local journalists for providing information about targeted and mysterious killings.
