RASC News Agency: The National Mobilization Front has recently announced that its forces targeted a crucial AWCC telecommunications infrastructure in Kunduz province with handcrafted bombs. The front stated on Wednesday, Feb 7, through the release of video footage, that the attack occurred around 6:52 PM on Tuesday night in the Lalaki village of Khanabad district, Kunduz province.
Moreover, the front mentioned that this action was taken due to the violation of customer privacy by the company, which supplies former military SIM cards to the Taliban group’s intelligence. Furthermore, the front stated that a guard of this telecommunications infrastructure was also injured during the attack and added that if the AWCC network continues this behavior, the front’s assaults will persist.
This comes as the National Mobilization Front in recent days had warned the AWCC telecommunications network not to furnish former military SIM cards to the Taliban’s intelligence, or else the front would respond severely to the network.
