RASC News Agency: Reports emerging from Kabul reveal an incident wherein thieves in the province took the life of a young man named Ali Agha Nazari. Sources indicate that Ali Agha was en route to bid farewell to his friends when the event unfolded on Monday, December 18th. The victim, identified as a junior student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the Faculty of Economics, Kabul University, fell prey to knife-wielding assailants who not only attacked him but also absconded with his phone before disappearing from the scene. Worth noting is that Ali Agha hailed from the Malistan district of Ghazni and had plans to visit his family on Tuesday, December 19th.

In the aftermath of this incident, Taliban forces swiftly arrived at the location, initiating a comprehensive investigation. They scrutinized the security cameras of a nearby residence and subsequently transported the victim’s body from “Mawla Ali” hospital to forensic medicine for further examination. It is crucial to emphasize that preceding this occurrence, there had been a surge in reports of thefts across various provinces in the country. Notably, residents of Mazar-e-Sharif have conveyed to the RASC News Agency their concerns about the alarming uptick in armed robberies within their province.

Despite the Taliban’s proclamations regarding the collection of illegal weapons from the public, indications suggest that the group has encountered obstacles in executing this mission. This failure has sparked widespread condemnation from citizens who harbor suspicions that the Taliban may be implicated in these criminal activities. Despite consistent denials from the group, the period since the Taliban assumed control has witnessed a surge in mysterious and criminal cases, underscoring the urgent imperative to address this burgeoning issue.
