RASC News Agency: Shukria Barakzai, a former member of the House of Representatives in the previous government, asserted during the eleventh session of the Herat Security Talks in Dushanbe that the Taliban group does not represent any specific tribe, people, or lineage in Afghanistan. She addressed the global community, warning that neglecting the Afghanistani populace would result in a loss of credibility among their own people. Barakzai made these declarations on Monday, November 27, within the context of the eleventh session of the Herat Security Talks held in the city of Herat. She added, “The current situation in Afghanistan is a consequence of erroneous decisions made by countries worldwide concerning this nation.”

Bushra Gohar, a former member of the Pakistani parliament, also expressed that if the world genuinely values preventing the oppression of women by this group, the United Nations and the international community should declare an “emergency situation” in Afghanistan. These remarks were delivered by Bushra in the second segment of the Herat Security Talks, titled “Gender Apartheid; Rhetorical Solidarity, Effective Mechanism.” She commended the bravery of Afghanistani women in their resistance against the Taliban’s gender apartheid, stating, “These Afghanistani women are currently fighting against the Taliban’s occupation both within and beyond Afghanistan.”

She underscored the importance of acknowledging their courage, emphasizing that these women are not only advocating for their individual rights but are also champions for women’s rights regionally and globally. It is noteworthy that the eleventh session of the Herat Security Talks, themed “Reimagining Afghanistan; Different Approaches,” commenced in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, with an address by Spanta and is slated to continue for two days.
The intelligence of the Taliban group issued a decree to investigate the properties of Hazara, Uzbek, and Tajik citizens
