RASC News Agency: Sources from the Ministry of Migrants and Repatriation report that, according to the order of Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, the leader affiliated with the Taliban, migrants who are being expelled from Pakistan will be relocated to 22 provinces in the north, west, and central regions. Based on Mullah Haibatullah’s order, land, housing, and cash assistance must be provided to the migrants, and it has been further stated that the expelled migrants should be relocated alongside the Qush Tepa canal, strategic areas, and ports. According to Mullah Haibatullah’s order, the expelled migrants must be relocated to areas that pose a serious threat to the Taliban regime.
List of provinces and the number of migrants in alphabetical order:
1. Urzgan (Khas district) – 15,000 individuals
2. Badghis (Jawand, Qads, and Ab Kamari) – 40,000 individuals
3. Bamyan (Waris, Shibar, Kamird, and Panjab) – 50,000 individuals
4. Badakhshan (Wakhan, Ishkashim, Warduj, Shuhada, Darwaz Ha, Shahre Bozorg, Kran, Munjan, Shighnan, and Kishm) – 150,000 individuals
5. Balkh (Kaladar, Hairatan, Shortepa, Nahr Shahi, Khulm, and Dolat Abad) – 120,000 individuals
6. Baghlan (Khost, Guzagah Noor, Andarab, Tajikhai, Talah Wa Barfak, Nahreen, and Khenjan) – 50,000 individuals
7. Panjshir (Onaba, Paryan, Dara, and Abshar) – 50,000 individuals
8. Parwan (Jabul Saraj, Sayedkhel, Salang, and Charikar) – 50,000 individuals
9. Takhar (Ishkamesh, Baharak, Chah Ab, Chaal, Namak Ab, Farkhar, and Warsaj) – 80,000 individuals

This comes in the wake of previous reports stating that the Taliban, with its program of forcibly expelling Afghanistani migrants from Pakistan, is engaging in the resettlement of Pashton communities in provinces where the majority of residents are non-Pashtons.
