RASC: According to the statements of the Supreme Court of the Taliban, this group executed the sentence of an individual named Ajmal today, Tuesday June 20, after the decision of three courts under the control of this group and with the approval of the Taliban leaders in the presence of the people in Laghman.
This institution announced in a statement that this person had killed five people, and his punishment was executed in the Eidgah Mosque near the Laghman governor’s office.
It is said that this is the second sentence of retribution after the Taliban attacked Afghanistan.
It is said that previously and for the first time, a retribution sentence was executed on a person named Taj Mir in the presence of senior Taliban in Farah.
This is despite the fact that before this, Abdul Malik Haqqani, the deputy of the Supreme Court of the Taliban, announced that 175 people were sentenced to punishment and 37 people were stoned to death by the court of this group in the country.
The deputy of the Supreme Court of the Taliban said in a video tape on Thursday, May 4, that this court has issued a sentence for four people to be buried under the wall and for 103 other people the order to implement “Sharia limits”.
Meanwhile, Hebatullah Akhundzadeh, the leader of the Taliban group, last year ordered the judges in Afghanistan to issue heavy sentences of “limitation and retribution” for specific crimes.
Moreover, after that, dozens of men and women in different provinces of Afghanistan were publicly flogged by the order of the Taliban courts.
